My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. While the location was very convenient for getting to the O2 Empire and the Westfield Shopping Centre, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The staff were generally helpful, but the lack of proper service and issues with amenities made my stay less enjoyable. Overall, it served my needs for a short visit, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay.
